Who we are
Front-line is a trading name of Van Rooyen Enterprises Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17235628. Registered office: 8 Coney Six, East Wittering, Chichester, PO20 8DL.
We decide how the personal information in this notice is used, so we are responsible for it. If you have a question about your information, email greg@vanrooyenenterprises.com or ring 07771 542157.
What this notice covers
This notice covers this website, messages you send us through it, calls, emails and WhatsApp messages to us, and emails we send to businesses that might want our help. If you become a client, the information about your customers that we handle for you is covered by the written agreement we sign with you before we start.
What we collect and why
- When you send us a message through this website: your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to give us: phone number, business name and your message. We use it to reply to you. You’ve asked us to get in touch, so we use it to take the steps you’ve asked for before you decide whether to work with us.
- When you ring or email us: your number or email address and what you tell us, so we can answer you.
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your number, your WhatsApp name and what you write, so we can answer you. WhatsApp is run by Meta, which handles your messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
- When you ring a demo line we’ve set up: the call is answered by an automated assistant. Calls are recorded, and we use the recordings to train and improve how the assistant answers. We keep them for as long as we need them for that.
- If we’ve emailed you about our services: we use your business name and business email address, which we found through Companies House, the public register of companies, and your business’s public contact details. We do this because it’s in our legitimate interests to tell businesses about a service that could help them. Every email tells you how to stop hearing from us, and we stop as soon as you ask.
Cookies and counting visits
This website doesn’t use cookies or advertising trackers. The videos on this website are stored here, so playing them doesn’t load anything from another company.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, so we can see how many people come, which pages they look at and which website sent them, and improve the site. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t build a profile of you and doesn’t follow you to other websites. Cloudflare, which also hosts this website, runs it for us and reports totals to us, not individual visitors.
You can stop your visits being counted. Your choice is saved in this browser, and nothing else is. If your browser sends a “do not track” or Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t count your visits either.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the services that help us run the business: Cloudflare, which hosts this website, the form service that passes your messages to our inbox, our email provider, WhatsApp if you message us there, the company that runs our demo lines, and the service we use to send business emails. We don’t sell your information or use it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
If you don’t become a client, we keep your messages, including WhatsApp messages, and our emails with you for up to 12 months after we were last in touch, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email greg@vanrooyenenterprises.com and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
